SCOTT MORRISON
Before co-founding RADMOR, Scott Morrison spent more than two decades helping shape the modern premium denim industry as a designer, entrepreneur and creative director.
Morrison founded three influential New York denim brands: Paper Denim & Cloth in 1999, Earnest Sewn in 2004, and 3x1 Denim in 2011. An early pioneer of the American premium denim movement, his work helped redefine jeans through a focus on craftsmanship, fit, fabric, wash and provenance—ideas that would become central to the category’s evolution from everyday staple to luxury product.
In 2009, Morrison became CEO and Creative Director of EVISU, the iconic Japanese denim brand, and throughout his career has worked and collaborated across fashion, luxury and lifestyle with brands including Nike, Canada Goose, Jason Wu and others. His work has consistently explored the intersection of design, craftsmanship, manufacturing and sustainability.
In 2019, Morrison co-produced and hosted Common Thread, a documentary series examining denim, sustainability, craftsmanship and industries undergoing meaningful change.
Long before his career in fashion, however, there was golf.
Morrison began playing at age 11 and later earned a golf scholarship to the University of Washington, where he was a four-year letterman and met teammate Bob Conrad. As college roommates and teammates, the two often talked about one day creating a golf brand of their own.
More than two decades later, that idea became RADMOR, which Morrison and Conrad co-founded in Seattle in 2020.
RADMOR brings together two defining threads of Morrison’s life: nearly four decades in the game of golf and a career spent challenging the way clothing is designed, made and consumed. The result is a different vision for modern golf apparel—one rooted in thoughtful design, better materials, sustainability and a lifelong respect for the game.

Your Desert Island Course:
It's a toss up between Shinnecock or National (both in Southampton, NY). I've had the pleasure of playing them each several times, and it's just such an incredible experience. The history and tradition - total goosebumps.
The Course that Changed your Life Forever (or at least how you see the game of golf):
Spyglass or Pebble Beach. I was lucky enough to be able to play them once every summer when we travelled to Carmel to escape the heat of Palm Springs for a couple weeks. I looked forward to it all year, and probably dreamt of those first outbound 5 holes at Spyglass more than anyone in their right mind should.
Favorite Hole:
Impossible to pick just one, honestly, but I've been thinking a lot about No. 16 at Sleepy Hollow CC in Westchester recently ... such an amazing hole and it's a great example of East Coast golf and how different it is from the Pacific Northwest. (I miss you NY!)
Dream Foursome:
I'd probably try to make it a fivesome. That being the case, I'd love to tee it with with my Dad, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson, and Arnie. Those guys were the gold standard when I was starting out and I had the pleasure of watching them play for quite a few years out at the Bob Hope while growing up.
Now, if this was more of a member-guest thing, I'd go pure comedy and invite Will Arnett, Jason Sudeikis, Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman. Sure, I might not survive - pretty good odds I'd laugh to death, but I can't imagine a better time doing so.
Greatest lunch/meal (eg. HotDog) you’ve ever eaten at a golf course?
Zero doubt here. It's the grilled Spyglass Hill hotdog from my childhood. Split in half, melted cheese, onions, pickles, mustard.
Most important thing you hope to pass on to your children about the game of golf?
Golf is exactly like life; So take it one shot at time, remember there's rarely a shortcut, and no skipping to 18 (eg. the finish line), so learn to enjoy the ride. Life and golf both reward smart decision making, so minimize dumb mistakes whenever you can, and know that it's not always going to go your way. In fact, you might string a few bad shots (or holes) or years together - but eventually, you'll get your chance and an opportunity for redemption. When you do, fire at pins, leave nothing in the bag, and take advantage of every easy par 5 that comes your way.
Someone once asked me if I liked to catch or if I liked to fish. I think a similar metaphor can be used for golf. Which do you prefer these days?
Early in life I lived for competition, scoring low, trying to prove I was good ... but in my 30's I started to emphasize having fun and enjoying what was happening around me, and now, it's purely about the experience itself and spending quality time, whether it's with my son who's just starting out, or with friends. Enjoy the moment - we don't get enough of them.

I can't decide between the Maxwell T-shirt, the Baty Pique Polo, and the Vincent Pant/Short ... If you've seen me in the last 18 months, I've been in two them on any given day guaranteed. (And no, never two shirts at the same time.)
